The Star
Maine Lobster Roll
$22Cold Maine lobster, chilled on a toasted split-top bun, light mayo, chives. Real Northeastern — not pretend. In Tampa. From an Airstream-adjacent food truck.
Seminole Heights · 6401 N Nebraska Ave
An open-air bar with a walk-in beer cooler that used to be an Airstream. Real Northeastern lobster rolls. Bocce, cornhole, ring toss, Connect Four. The outdoor concept Tampa needed.
The Icon
It's exactly what it sounds like. A restored 1971 Airstream trailer, stationed on the lawn, converted into a walk-in cooler stocked with cold craft drafts. You open the door, choose your pint, and take it to the lawn.
There is nothing else like this in Tampa. It should be the homepage of every Tampa weekend guide. It is ours.
The Menu
Lobster rolls, crab cakes, clam chowder, and fish tacos alongside bar classics. The food truck adjacent to the Airstream is the real deal.
The Star
Cold Maine lobster, chilled on a toasted split-top bun, light mayo, chives. Real Northeastern — not pretend. In Tampa. From an Airstream-adjacent food truck.
Seafood
Two crab cakes, remoulade, pickled jalapeño slaw. The kind that are mostly crab. Made fresh, not from frozen.
Bar Fare
Beer-battered cod, cabbage slaw, chipotle crema, lime. The outdoor-bar taco done properly.
Bar Fare
Buttermilk-brined thigh, hot sauce, pickles, brioche bun. The non-seafood option that doesn't apologize for being here.
Seafood
New England-style, cream-based, loaded with clams and potatoes. Pairs with a draft. Or just order it twice.
From the Airstream
Local Florida craft and regional favorites, poured cold from the 1971 Airstream walk-in cooler. Ask the board what's fresh this week.
What's on the Lawn
The lawn is the experience. Bring a team or find one when you arrive.
Full court on the lawn. Team up. Bring your game.
Four sets running on weekends. Regulars bring their own bags.
Casual, competitive, and exactly the right level of stakes for a Sunday afternoon.
Six-foot Connect Four. Harder than it looks after two drafts from the Airstream.

★★★★★
“The Airstream converted into a beer cooler alone is worth the visit. The lobster roll is the real thing — not a Tampa interpretation of a lobster roll. The lawn games, the vibe, the food truck. Tampa needed this.”
★★★★★
“We came for the cornhole tournament and stayed for three hours. The lobster roll and crab cakes were perfect. This is the outdoor bar concept Tampa has been missing.”
★★★★★
“4.7 stars is accurate. The Airstream, the games, the seafood — it all works. A Sunday afternoon at the Rollin' Mullet is one of the best afternoons you can have in Seminole Heights.”
